Sila Console Overview

The Customer Console allows Sila customers to manage their Applications, team members and webhooks.

Before accessing the Console

You must register through the Console before using Sila APIs

  • Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) is required to login to the Console

The Sila Console is made up of 3 sections:

  • Applications
  • Account Admin
  • Developers

From the Console homepage, you can:

  • Update your profile
    • Including your: email address, phone, DOB, mailing address and password
  • Create a new team either in a Sandbox or Production environment
  • Review Sila API and SDK documentation
  • Follow the steps for the Onboarding process
  • Register for the upcoming Sila API Demo event
  • Contact Sila support team
  • View the “What' New” section for new updates and features
