Sila Transaction Dashboard/Webhooks

• Issue and redeem statuses found in the transaction dashboard and webhooks are an estimate.
• To limit ACH returns, there is a padding implemented which means Sila is estimating when these transactions SHOULD be completed by (at the latest).
• Transfer transactions are the only transactions Sila has full control over, therefore Sila can not guarantee complete accuracy regarding when an end user will see the funds debited or credited to their bank account.

Sameday

From processing type: SAME_DAY_ACH

• Any Debit (Issue Sila) transactions that are initiated before 9:30 am PT (Monday - Friday) SHOULD be reflected in the User’s wallet within two business days by 6:00 am PT (Monday - Friday)
• Any Credit (Redeem Sila) transactions that are initiated before 9:30 am PT (Monday - Friday) SHOULD be reflected in the User’s bank account by the end of business day.

Standard

From processing type: STANDARD_ACH

• Any Debit (Issue Sila) transactions that are initiated before 5:30 pm PT (Monday - Friday) SHOULD be reflected in the User’s wallet within two business days by 4:00 pm PT (Monday - Friday).
• Any Credit (Redeem Sila) transactions that are initiated before 5:30 pm PT (Monday - Friday) SHOULD be reflected in the User’s bank account by the following business day by the end of business day.

Instant ACH

For processing type: INSTANT_ACH. Sila tokens are available immediately for the end user, but dollars from their bank account are processed as SAME_DAY_ACH if the 9:30am PT cutoff has not been breached.

Returns related to INSTANT_ACH follow the below schedule when the underlying transaction is processed as SAME_DAY_ACH

Instant ACH

For processing type: INSTANT_ACH. Sila tokens are available immediately for the end user, but dollars from their bank account are processed as STANDARD_ACH if the 9:30am PT cutoff time for sameday has been missed.

Returns related to INSTANT_ACH follow the below schedule when the underlying transaction is processed as STANDARD_ACH

Instant ACH: originating from an Evolve account (same-day)

For processing type: INSTANT_ACH where the underlying bank account is at Evolve Bank and Trust. Sila tokens are available immediately for the end user, but dollars from their Evolve bank account are processed as SAME_DAY_ACH if the 9:30am PT cutoff has not been breached.

Returns related to INSTANT_ACH where the underlying bank account is at Evolve Bank and Trust follow the below schedule when the underlying transaction is processed as SAME_DAY_ACH

Instant ACH: originating from an Evolve account (standard)

For processing type: INSTANT_ACH where the underlying bank account is at Evolve Bank and Trust. Sila tokens are available immediately for the end user, but dollars from their Evolve bank account are processed as STANDARD_ACH if the 9:30am PT cutoff time for same-day has been missed.
