This SDK version provides the functionality that corresponds to the recent API releases 0.2.42 and 0.2.43

- Allowed userHandle as an optional input and added sec_code string field to the response in /get_transactions.
- Added WebDebitVerified bool field in LinkAccountResponse class to the response in /link_account.
- Added WebDebitVerified bool field in Account class to the response in /get_accounts and /update_account.
- Internal code improvements.
