API 0.2.130 contains various bug fixes and system improvements, including the below enhancement:

Added support for resuming a verification record that has expired

When a KYC verification record has been in a documents_required status for 30 days, the verification expires.

PREVIOUS BEHAVIOR

  • the verification_status transitions to failed, reason LEAD_TIME_EXPIRED
  • Sila BankOps must manually intervene so docs can be uploaded, and the verification can resume

NEW BEHAVIOR

  • the verification_status transitions to failed, reason LEAD_TIME_EXPIRED
  • KYC/KYB can now be requested again for a record in this state
    • a new record is created with a unique verification_uuid to proceed with
    • the original record will remain in failed
